2. Recording the said submission, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed. In case the civil revision petitioner is aggrieved by the decree that has been passed in the suit, it is open to him to raise the ground of legality of the order in terms of Section 105 of the Civil Procedure Code at the time of preferring the appeal.
