(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Acting Chief Justice) The Special Commissioner and Commissioner for Land Administration, Chennai and his subordinates have come to this Court seeking an order to condone the delay of 88 days in filing the writ appeal against the order dated 08.03.2022 passed in Writ Petition No.26301 of 2009.

2. Heard both sides.

3. We also find that the delay has been explained with sufficient cause. Therefore, accepting the prayer, the delay is condoned and the civil miscellaneous petition is ordered accordingly. (T.R.,A.C.J.) (D.K.K.,J.) 14.10.2022
