This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.M.P.No.19448 of 2022 dated 22.12.2022 to report before the trial Court on 1st day of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the charge sheet has been filed, but not taken on file.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioners in Crl.M.P.No.19448 of 2022 dated 22.12.2022 is totally relaxed. The petitioners shall report before the respondent police on summons.

4.Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
