.. Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking for a Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent to amend the regularity ruled in respect of Section 41 of the Police Act.

O R D E R

The prayer sought for in this writ petition is for a direction to the first respondent to amend the regularity ruled in respect of Section 41 of the Police Act.

2. Mr.S.Manoharan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the representation of the petitioner dated 25.4.2012 was not attended by the respondents and if a direction is issued to consider the representation, the petitioner will be satisfied.

3. Mr.V.Shanmugasundar, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that there is https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

no proof for submitting the representation by the petitioner. If a fresh representation is given, it will be considered in accordance with law.

4. In the light of the above submissions, the petitioner is directed to submit a fresh representation to the second respondent, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On such compliance, the second respondent shall consider and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, after providing due opportunity of hearing to all necessary parties.

5. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
