Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition (b) that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily morning at 10.30 a.m. until further orders imposed by this Honourable Court in the Anticipatory Bail order dated 13.09.2021 made in Crl.O.P.No.16261 of 2021.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.MUTHU KUMAR, Advocate for the Petitioner and of MR.N.S.SUGANTHAN, Counsel for Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.16261 of 2021 on 13.09.2021.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent police on every Tuesday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
