This application has been filed seeking permission to produce the Death Certificate of one of the attesting witnesses namely S.Natarajan, who died on 08.07.2020.

2. Since this document is required to determine grant or otherwise of the Letters of Administration of the Will for which, the Original Petition has been filed, the application stands allowed.

3.During the course of recording of evidence, the Death Certificate of S.Natarajan/one of the attesting witnesses may be marked as a document, subject to the original being produced and if the original is required for further processes on it been compared with the copy filed.
