2. This Court vide orders dated 28.07.2022 in Crl.M.P.No.10717 of 2022 in Crl.A.No.820 of 2022 granted suspension of sentence to the accused with certain conditions, among which, one of the conditions imposed by this Court is that the petitioner has to report before the respondent Police daily at 10.30 a.m until further orders.

3. Mr.T.R.Ravi, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to relax the above condition on the ground that the petitioner is a vegetable vendor and he is finding difficult to sign in the Police Station daily.

4. Mr.S.Sugendran, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent has no serious objection for allowing this petition.

5. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the condition is modified as under: "The petitioner shall appear before the respondent Police once in a month on the first working day of every English Calender month at 10.30a.m and sign until further orders."
