ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by M.S.RAMESH, J.) This Writ Petition has been filed challenging the impugned order dated 15.05.2025, rejecting the representation of the petitioner and to direct the respondents to grant 21 days ordinary leave without escort to the petitioner's husband/life convict prisoner.

2. Since the petitioner's husband/life convict prisoner has not completed one year from the last date of leave i.e. 26.03.2025, he is ineligible for grant of leave.
