Crl.M.P.No.12660 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.14695 of 2023 V.SIVAGNANAM,J.

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.14695 of 2023 dated 04.07.2023 that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30.a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that petitioners are complying with the condition imposed by this Court regularly without any deviation. He further submitted that, investigation in this case is completed and the final report has been filed before the concerned Magistrate.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioners is relaxed and the petitioners are directed to appear before the trial Court on all hearing dates and on receipt of summons without fail.
