Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition that the petitioner shall appear before the 2nd respondent police every Monday i.e., from 09/11/2020 at 10.00 a.m., until further orders imposed by this Hon'ble Court order dated 14/10/2020 passed in the above Crl.M.P.no.6100 of 2020 connected with Crl.R.C.No.868 of 2020 on the file of the H-4, Korukkupet Police Station and pass such further or other orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case and thus render justice.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.R.PRABURAM, Advocate for the Petitioner and of MR.S.SUGENDRAN Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition which was imposed that the petitioner shall appear before the 2nd respondent police every Monday i.e., from 09.11.2020 at 10.00 a.m, until further orders, in Crl.M.P.No.6100 of 2020 in Crl.R.C.No.868 of 2020 dated 14.10.2020.

Considering the submissions, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the 2nd respondent police on the first and third Monday of every month at 10.30 a.m, until further orders. -sd/- 09/12/2021 This order, on being produced, be punctually observed and carried into execution by all concerned TRUE COPY Sub-Assistant Registrar (Statistics/C.S.)
