This petition has been filed to relax the condition (b) The petitioner shall appear before the respondent police every day at 06.30 p.m. until further orders, in Crl.O.P.No.13564 of 2023, in Crime No.145 of 2023, dated 20.06.2023.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly.

3.Considering the said submission and having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified and the petitioner is directed to appear before respondent police once in a week i.e., on every Monday at 10.00 a.m., until further orders.
