This miscellaneous petition has been filed to grant further period of six months time to complete the investigation and file final report as per the direction given by this Court in order dated 15.02.2023 made in Crl.MP.No.2181 of 2023 in Crl.OP.No.20041 of 2021.

2. It is seen that while disposing the criminal original petition in Crl.OP.No.20041 of 2021 on 05.07.2022, this Court directed to complete the investigation in crime No.55 of 2021. However, investigation could not be completed. As such, the petitioners already filed miscellaneous petition in Crl.MP.No.2181 of 2023 seeking further time to complete the investigation, which was allowed on 15.02.2023. Now, this petition has been filed seeking further time narrating the reasons therefor.

3. Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, a further period of twelve weeks is granted to complete the investigation and to file final report in crime No.55 of 2021 as directed by this Court vide order dated 15.02.2023 in Crl.MP.No.2181 of 2023 in Crl.OP.No.20041 of 2010.
