Affidavit filed by the Inspector of Police, Thirukovilur Police Station indicates that pursuant to the direction of this Court dated 25.10.2024 passed in Crl.OP.No.26561 of 2024, investigation in 1/3
Cr.No.484 of 2023 got completed and final report filed against seven named persons. The learned Magistrate has caused notice to the defacto complainant in view of the fact that the complaint was against seven known persons and three unknown persons and to ascertain regarding deletion of three unknown persons. Opportunity is given to the defacto complainant as well as the Investigating Officer, matter is posted to 25.08.2025.
2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner states that the defacto complainant has received notice and he may be given liberty to file protest petition and participate in the enquiry regarding the deletion of three unknown persons.
3. Recording the submissions, this Contempt Petition stands closed with liberty to the petitioner to workout his remedy before the trial court in accordance with law, if he is agreed by deletion of three unknown persons from the final report.
