ORDER

This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondent herein for his willful disobedience and non-compliance of the orders of this Court made in Crl.O.P.No.31397 of 2024 dated 17.12.2024 under the provisions of Contempt of Courts Act.

2. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent submitted that the order of this Court was duly complied with and after completion of investigation, the final report was filed and the same has been taken on file in C.C.No.672 of 2025 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Alandur.

3. Recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate, this Contempt Petition is closed.
