ORDER

This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondent for non compliance of the order dated 06.03.2025 passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.6271 of 2025, thereby directing the respondent to complete the investigation in Crime No.835 of 2017 pending on his file and file a final report within a period of eight weeks.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent submitted that as directed by this Court, the respondent completed the investigation in Crime No.835 of 2017 and filed final report and the same has been taken cognizance in C.C.No.480 of 2025 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate Court No.II, Chengalpet. 3.

Recording the above submissions, the Contempt Petition stands closed.
