ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent Police for the offence under Section 147, 341, 294(b) and 188 I.P.C. R/w Section 3(1) of Prevention of Damages of Public Property Act, 1984. in Cr.No.302 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the petitioner is not named as an accused in the FIR.

3. In view of the above, nothing survives for further adjudication in this case. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
