Prayer:- Contempt petition has been filed under Section 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, praying to punish the respondents herein for willful disobedience of the order of this Court dated 30.07.2024 in W.P.No.21508 of 2024 for contempt.

ORDER

This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondent for non compliance of the order dated 30.07.2024, passed by this Court in W.P.No.21508 of 2024, thereby directed the respondents to pay the differential gratuity, leave encashment and pension arrear, ERBS amount, D.A.arrears and last 10 days salary, with applicable interest to the petitioner. 2.

The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents submitted that as directed by this Court, the entire amount has been fully paid to the petitioner. He also produced a calculation memo and the details of payment before this Court.

Recording the said submission, the Contempt Petition stands closed.
