This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent police to file a final report in Crime No.689 of 2015 dated 17.07.2015.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3. Taking into consideration the allegations in the FIR, this Court directs the respondent police to complete the investigation in Cr.No.689 of 2015 within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and either file a charge sheet or closure report in accordance with law, under due intimation to the petitioner.
