ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed in the above Crl.M.P.No.1516 of 2023 dated 23.06.2023, passed by the Judicial Magistrate Court, Mettupalayam, made in clause 8(1) to the effect that directing the petitioner to execute the two sureties for like sum of Rs.10,000/- bond and with sureties instead of one such blood surety.
2. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials placed on record.
3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous.
4. Therefore, nothing survives in this Criminal Original Petition for further adjudication. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
