All the petitions have been filed to condone the delay of 86 days in filing the respective writ appeals.

Though learned counsel for the respondent raised serious objection, being satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed along with the petition, we inclined to condone the delay.

Accordingly, all the petitions are allowed.
