Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 2 to 5 to issue transfer certificate and mark sheet in respect of petitioner's son A.Ramanitharan who had completed X Standard in the Academic Year 2020 - 21 in the fifth respondent School by considering the representations of the petitioner dated 02.09.2021 and 22.09.2021 in the light of the order dated 06.08.2021 passed by this Hon'ble Court in W.P.No.16376 of 2021. For Petitioners : Mr.D.Vairamoorthy For Respondents : Mr.M.R.Gokul Krishnan for R1 to R3 Government Advocate C O M M O N O R D E R The petitioners have filed these writ petitions seeking issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 2 to 5 to issue transfer certificate and mark sheet in respect of their sons V.S.Benzamzen and A.Ramanitharan respectively, who had completed X Standard in the Academic Year 2020 - 21 in the fifth respondent School by considering their representations in the light of the order dated 06.08.2021 passed by this Court in W.P.No.16376 of 2021.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners are the past employees of the S.K.V. Metric School, M.Kandampalayam, Namakkal District. Their sons studied in the above said School and they paid the fees after deducting the concessional fee extended to the employees of the School and even after payment of the entire fees less the concession, the School has not issued transfer certificate and mark sheet pertaining to their sons.

3.The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 would submit that vide letter dated 10.11.2021, S.K.V. Metric School has informed the District Educational Officer, Tiruchengode, that they are inclined to issue transfer certificate and mark sheet to the petitioners' sons without insisting for the balance fees.

4.In view of the above, the petitioners are directed to collect the transfer certificate and mark sheet pertaining to their sons, from the School within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. S.K.V. Metric School, M.Kandampalayam, Namakkal District, is directed to issue the transfer certificate and mark sheet pertaining to the petitioners' sons to the petitioners.

5.These writ petitions are accordingly disposed of. No costs.
