PRAYER: Civil Revision Petition filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India seeking speedy disposal of I.A.No.2/2022 in Un AS of 2022 against OS No.378/2006 on the file of learned Subordinate Judge, Tiruvallur, within a stipulated time.

The civil revision petition is filed seeking speedy disposal of I.A.No.2/2022 in Un AS of 2022 against OS No.378/2006 on the file of learned Subordinate Judge, Tiruvallur, within a stipulated time.
2. The petitioner is the fifth defendant and respondents are plaintiffs 2, 3, 4 and 7 in OS No.378 of 2006 on the file of the learned Subordinate Judge, Tiruvallur. The respondents have filed the said suit for declaration and permanent injunction and the same was dismissed on 17.09.2018. Thereafter, the respondents have filed an appeal suit with an inordinate delay of 1352 days and the same was numbered in IA No.2 of 2022 in Un AS of 2022. The same is pending from 18.11.2022. Hence, the petitioner has filed this present civil revision petition seeking to dispose the case within the time frame.
3. Further, pursuant to the direction of this Court, the Registry, on verification through e-filing, has reported that the total pendency of the
Subordinate Court, Tiruvallur, is 565 cases.
4. Considering the total pendency of the cases and also taking note of the fact that the above petition was filed in the year 2022, the Subordinate Court, Tiruvallur, is directed to dispose of I.A.No.2/2022 in Un AS of 2022 against OS No.378/2006, within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5. With the above direction, the Civil Revision Petition is allowed. There shall be no order as to costs.
