Respondents Prayers: The Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking for a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records pertaining to the order made in Na.Ka.No.5777/2011/A1 dated 16.09.2013 issued by the 2nd respondent and quash the same and further directing the 2nd respondent to take action against the tenants based on the legal notice dated 29.08.2012 and complaint dated 09.03.2013 and 29.08.2013 sent by the petitioner.
