This application has been filed to raise the order of attachment dated 11.10.2021 made in I.A.No.81 of 2021 attaching the schedule mentioned property.

2. The learned counsel for the applicant would submit that this matter has been amicably settled between the parties. Hence, he requests this Court to allow this application.

3. Mr.Pradeep Kumar, learned counsel takes notice on behalf of the respondent and confirmed the submission made by the learned counsel for the applicant.

4. Considering the above submissions and the affidavit filed in support of this application, this Court is satisfied and is inclined to allow this application.

5. Accordingly, this Application is ordered as prayed for.
