ORDER
The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Section 318 (4) and 3 (5) of BNS Act, in Crime No.134 of 2025, seeks anticipatory bail.
2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side)
submits that the petitioner has already been arrested and remanded to judicial custody. Hence, nothing survives for consideration in this petition. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
