This petition is filed to relax the condition imposed in paragraph No.6(b) in Crl.O.P.No.11276 of 2023 dated 18.05.2023.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that petitioner had complied the condition only till 01.07.2023 and thereafter not complied the condition.

3.In view of the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that the petitioner had complied the condition only till 01.07.2023, this Court is not inclined to entertain this petition.

Therefore, this criminal miscellaneous petition is dismissed.

4.The learned Additional District Judge/Presiding Officer, Special Court for Essential Commodities Act Cases, Coimbatore, is also directed to take steps to cancel the bail as per the conditions imposed in the bail order passed in Crl.O.P.No.11276 of 2023, dated 18.05.2023.
