This Writ Petition has been filed for a direction to the respondents to consider the petitioners representations dated 03.05.2024 05.06.2024 and 27.06.2024 within stipulated time.

2. The petitioner is a hereditary trustee of the Waqf viz., Hazarath Syed Moosa Sha Khaderi Dargah situated at Annasalai, Chennai. They made several representations to the first respondent to hand over Rs.1,00,643/- which lies in the bank account of the Tamil Nadu Wakf Board and the same is not considered. Hence, the present petition.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that this Court may issue a direction to the first respondent to consider the representations made by the petitioner and pass appropriate orders within the time frame as fixed by this Court.

4. The learned counsel for the respondents submitted that the representations will be considered and appropriate orders will be passed in accordance with law.

5. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned counsel appearing for the respondents and perused the materials available on record.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and in view of the limited request sought for by the petitioner, this Court directs the first respondent to consider the representations dated 03.05.2024, 05.06.2024 and 27.06.2024 made by the petitioner and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

7. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. 12.08.2024 rli To
