ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the FIR in Crime No.181 of 2023 dated 01.04.2023, pending on the file of the 2nd Respondent police.

The learned counsel for the petitioner has produced various materials to show that the entire complaint is tainted with malafides and and it was given only to harass the petitioner who was working as a Head Master in the school.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the statements of all the witnesses have already been recorded and the investigation is almost at the stage of completion. 4.

Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and also of the fact that the investigation is at its fag end, there shall be a direction to the respondent police to consider the materials

submitted by the petitioner also in the course of investigation and ultimately, file a final report or the closure report, as the case may be, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order 5.This Criminal original petition is disposed of with the above directions.
