ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for direction forbearing the respondents, particularly the second respondent to conduct a fresh auction for the three shops (1,2 and 3) situated at Panchayat Union Campus, Namagiripettai, Rasipuram Taluk, Namakkal District. 2.

However, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents, on instructions, submitted that the shops Nos.1 & 2 had been allotted in favour of one, Rameshkumar and shop No.3 had been allotted in favour one, Obili. Thereafter, by the proceedings dated 15.03.2024, the same were re-allotted to them for the period from 01.04.2024 to 31.03.2025.

Therefore, the prayer sought for in this writ petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous.
