This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to consider the representation dated 03.05.2022.

2.Mr.U.Bharanidharan, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the respondent. In view of the limited relief sought for in this petition, on the consent expressed by the learned counsel appearing for either side, this petition is taken up for final disposal. 3.The case of the petitioners is that the petitioners made a representation seeking due share of their legally entitled compensation in proportion along with other members of the HUF with respect to the land acquired in S.F.No.642/2B & S.F.No.641/2B, as the petitioners are one among the legal decedents of the HUF or alternatively deposit the entire compensation for the petitioners and other members of the HUF to get their proportionate share. However, till date the representation of the petitioners were not considered by the respondent. Therefore, the petitioners has come forward with the present Writ Petition.
4.Though very many grounds have been raised, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that it would suffice if this Court issues direction to the respondent to consider the petitioners representation 03.05.2022 and pass Page No.2 of 5
orders on the same.
5.The learned Additional Government Pleader has no objection for said order being passed.
6.In view of the aforesaid submissions, this Court without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case directs the respondent to consider the petitioners representation dated 03.05.2022 on merits and in accordance with law, after providing sufficient opportunity to the petitioners and the other parties concerned and pass appropriate orders, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. This writ petition is accordingly disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
