ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by S.NAGAMUTHU, J.) The petitioner is the Sister in law of the detenue. The detenue has been brandedas a "Goonda" under the Tamil Nadu Act 14 of 1982 and detained under the

S.NAGAMUTHU, J., AND V.BHARATHIDASAN, J., kua order of the 2nd respondent passed in Memo.No.272/BCDFGISSSV/2016 dated 09.03.2016.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the order of detention passed by the 2nd respondent as against the sister-in-law of the petitioner dated 09.03.2016 has been revoked by the Government in G.O. [Rt] No.2235, Home, Prohibition & Excise [XIII] Department dated 18.05.2016 and he has also produced a copy of the said order.
