2. In the light of the aforementioned order, learned counsel for applicant has made an endorsement, which reads as follows: 2/4

3. The aforementioned endorsement is reiterated in the hearing.

In the light of the endorsement and reiteration of the same, captioned application is disposed of as closed albeit preserving all the rights and contentions of the applicant including the rights to come up with a similar/ same prayer/same cause of action if the need arises depending on what unfurls in the days to come.

5. Captioned application disposed of in aforesaid manner. There shall be no order as to costs.
