Raman of M/s.Raman and Associates (Law Firm) learned counsel for applicant / plaintiff, Mr.B.Arvind Srevatsa, learned counsel for respondents 1 and 2 / defendants 1 and 2 and Mr.Ramaswamy Meyyappan, learned counsel for third respondent / third defendant are before this Court.
2. Main suit has been filed with a money claim and the claim is predicated on alleged financing of a Tamil Feature Film. It may not be necessary to delve into those details owing to the stand which learned counsel for respondents 1 and 2 has taken on instructions.
3. Learned counsel for respondents 1 and 2, on instructions, submits that the Tamil Feature Film titled 'PUBLIC' / 'SAMUTHIRAKANI IN PUBLIC' [hereinafter 'said movie' for the sake of brevity, convenience and clarity] starring Samuthirakani and Kaali Page Nos.1/3
Venkat is yet to be completed and it has not gone for certification. Be that as it may, learned counsel submits that said movie will not be released without the leave of this Court. This by itself douses the anxiety expressed by the applicant/plaintiff.
4. Therefore, recording the stated position of learned counsel for respondents 1 and 2, captioned application is disposed of as closed leaving open all the questions to be canvassed in the main suit or any other application if brought up in the interregnum. There shall be no order as to costs.
