ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the third respondent to register the lease deed dated 27.06.2024 executed by the petitioner by considering his representation dated 04.07.2024.

2. Heard both sides. With the consent of both sides, this Writ Petition is disposed of at the admission stage itself.

3. The petitioner presented the lease deed for registration and the same was registered on 29.07.2024. However, no document was released citing the pendency of the Civil Suit.

4. The learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents on instructions submitted that the document would be released as early as possible.

5. Mere pendency of the suit will not be a bar for releasing the document. Hence, the third respondent is directed to release the document to the petitioner forthwith.

6. With the above observations, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
