ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offence punishable under Sections 294(b), 324 and 506(ii) of IPC, in Crime No.1624 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the defacto complainant and the petitioner were auto drivers and there was an association for the auto drivers. It is alleged that the petitioner violated the rules of the said association, due to which there was a wordy quarrel between the petitioner and the defacto complainant and the petitioner said to have attacked the defacto complainant and caused injuries to him. Hence, the complaint.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and he has been falsely implicated in this case. Hence he prays for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that this is the second anticipatory bail petition filed by the petitioner. Earlier this court dismissed the anticipatory bail petition in https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Crl.OP.No.18561 of 2021 dated 05.10.2021 on the ground that the petitioner has 3 previous cases of similar in nature. However, he vehemently opposed for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering that the earlier anticipatory bail petition was dismissed by this Court and there is no change of circumstances, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 6.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. -sd/- 09/11/2021 This order, on being produced, be punctually observed and carried into execution by all concerned TRUE COPY Sub-Assistant Registrar (Statistics/C.S.)
