This contempt petition has been filed for the alleged disobedience of the order of this Court dated 09.12.2022 made in W.P.No.33022 of 2022.

2. Today when the contempt petition is taken up for hearing, Mr.P.Sathish, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents having taken notice would submit that, the order of this Court has been complied with and in support of his contention, he has filed a proceedings issued by the Revenue Divisional Officer, Thiruchendgodu Pa.Mu.No.2761/2022/U dated 19.08.2023, whereby, the original position with regard to the patta in the land concerned has been restored.
