[Order of this Court was delivered by T.RAJA, J.] When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner fairly submitted that Walk in interview for selecting the post of Assistant Professors in various departments, viz., B.Com., B.B.A., B.Sc., (computer Science), B.C.A., Tamil, English, Mathematics, Physical Director, Librarian in Arulmigu Kapaleeswarar Arts and Science College, administered by the HR&CE, which was published in 'Dinathanthi', was already over on 22.10.2021. 2.Learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submitted that when the advertisement was given by the second respondent in a leading newspaper viz.
Dinathanthi in the State of Tamil Nadu, the petitioner, having knowledge on the walk in interview for the post of Assistant Professors in Arulmigu Kapaleeswarar Arts and Science College, Everwin Matriculation,Higher Secondary School, S.J.Avenue, Kolathur, Chennai-99, ought to have come to this Court well in advance. After conducting the interview, the selection committee of the second respondent has selected the eligible candidates and also issued the appointment orders and therefore, nothing further survives in this writ petition.
3.Agreeing with the submission made by the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents, we are inclined to dismiss this petition, as it is a belated petition filed by the petitioner. Since the petitioner, after sleeping over the matter, cannot maintain this writ petition, the same cannot be entertained by this Court. Accordingly, this writ petition stands dismissed. No costs.
