CMP.No.17493 of 2023 has been filed to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the first respondent. 2.CMP.No.17496 of 2023 has been filed to bring on record the following legal representatives of the deceased 1st Respondent, viz. (i)S.Santamani and (ii)Meena as Respondents No.4 and 5 in the above Petition

3. CMP.No.17497 of 2023 has been filed to condone the delay of 363 days in filing the petition to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the 1st respondent in the Civil Revision Petition. 4.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. 5.Satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavits filed in support of the petitions, these petitions are ordered as prayed for.

6. The learned counsel for the petitioner is requested to take notice on the newly impleaded Respondents alone in the revision returnable by 27.09.2023.
