ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records and quash the FIR in Crime No.509 of 2022 for the alleged offences u/s. 323 IPC and u/s.75(1)(c) of Tamil Nadu City Police Act pending on the file of the 1st respondent police.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that based on the complaint given by the defacto complainant, a case in Crime No.509 of 2022 has been registered by the first respondent police, in which, investigation has been completed and final report has also been filed before the Judicial Magistrate No.III, Tirruppur on 26.08.2022.
