Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the issuance of writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the impugned proceedings issued by the 2nd respondent herein in Na.Ka.No. 12118/D1/2011 dated 13.09.2011 and quash para 22 of the said impugned proceedings in so far as the petitioner is concerned and to issue consequential proceedings to the respondents herein to promote the petitioner as Middle School Headmaster in the Anthiyur Union Erode District w.e.f. 21.09.2011 i.e. on the date on which the petitioner junior Tmt. A.Thangammal was promoted and to award all service and monetary benefits and other consequential benefits like seniority.
