O R D E R

(The order of the Court was made by M.JAICHANDREN.,J ) The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, had submitted that the habeas corpus petition may be dismissed, as withdrawn. He had also made an endorsement to that effect as under:

"Since the detention order has been revoked, my client has instructed me to withdraw this HCP. Hence, I pray this Hon'ble Court to dismiss this HCP as withdrawn."

2. In view of the endorsement made by the leaned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the habeas corpus petition stands dismissed, as withdrawn.
