Despite, several opportunities it is found that that the counsel for the appellant is not ready to make submissions. It is found that despite the matter being listed under the caption for dismissal today, and also on an earlier dates, there is no representation for the appellants today. The learned counsel for the respondent is present. Hence, this second appeal is dismissed for non prosecution with costs.
