This criminal original petition has been filed to call for the records, FIR in Crime No.1712/2016 dated 01.09.2016 and quash the same pending before the Judicial Magistrate, Tambaram, Kancheepuram District.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the 1st respondent.

3. It is alleged by the de-facto complainant, that the petitioner who resides opposite to her flat would frequently remove his lungi and show his private parts to her. Since there are sufficient allegations in the FIR for investigation, this Court is of the view that this is not a fit case to quash the FIR.
