This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed praying to suspend the sentence made in SC.No.52 of 2024 on the file of the learned Assistant Sessions Judge, Palladam dated 02.12.2024 and to enlarge the petitioner on bail pending disposal of the above criminal appeal. 2.

The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and on permission of this Court, he also made an endorsement to that effect in this petition. 3.
