ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the Trial Court once a week i.e., on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders by this court in order dated 27.02.2025 made in Crl.M.P.No.3431 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.No.30283 of 2024.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed as against the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.3431 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.No.30283 of 2024 vide order dated 27.02.2025, that the petitioner shall report before the Trial Court as and when required.

4. Accordingly, this criminal miscellaneous petition is ordered. 29.07.2025 jas To The Additional Superintendent of Police, Economic Offences Wing-ii, Chennai District.
