The Civil Revision Petition has been filed to direct the Sessions Judge, Mahila Court, Chengalpattu, to be disposed of Crl.Appeal.No.105 of 2024, expeditiously.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. 1/4

3.Pursuant to my order dated 30.06.2025, the learned Sessions Judge, Mahila Court, Chengalpattu, has sought for four months time to dispose of Crl.Appeal.No.105 of 2024.

4.The learned counsel for the petitioner states that the appeal is only against interim orders and hence, four months time may not be necessary to dispose of Criminal Appeal. The report also states that the records of the Trial Court have been received by the Appellate Court only on 28.03.2025 and due to some defects, the same have been returned and thereafter, the Trial Court has resubmitted the entire case records. 5.In the light of the above, the learned Sessions Judge, Mahila Court, Chengalpattu, is directed to dispose of Crl.A.No.105 of 2024, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6.With the above direction, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. 2/4
