This petition is filed to condone the delay of 1156 days in filing the above Criminal Appeal as against the Judgment dated 10.04.2019 made in Spl.S.C.No.75 of 2016 on the file of the Mahila Court, Salem.

2. This Court is convinced with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition. Since the delay has been satisfactorily explained, the delay is condoned and this petition is allowed.
