By consent of both the learned counsel for the parties, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal, at the admission stage itself. 1/4

2. The instant writ petition has been filed with a prayer for issuing a Writ of Certiorari, to call for the records pertaining to the Proceedings in Memo No.636/EE/O&M/Hsr/AADMO/F.DVAC/2024, dated 09.12.2024 on the file of the 3rd respondent, quash the same.

3. Heard the learned counsel for both sides and perused the materials available on record.

4. Though the present writ petition has been filed challenging the prolonged suspension dated 09.12.2024, the learned counsel for the petitioner has restricted his prayer to direct the 2nd respondent to consider his representation dated 27.05.2025.

5. At this juncture, the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents would submit that they would consider the petitioner's representation according to their Board Proceedings and relevant rules, within a reasonable time.

In such view of the submission, without going into the merits of the writ petition, this Court deems it appropriate to direct the 2nd respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 27.05.2025 and pass orders on it's own merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
