2023-08-16Honourable Mr Justice G. Chandrasekharan3 pages

Crl.OP.No.17951 of 2023 G.CHANDRASEKHARAN, J.

This petition is filed to enlarge the petitioner on bail in Crime No.99 of 2023 on the file of the respondent Police. 2.This is second bail petition. The earlier bail petition filed in Crl.O.P.No.15937 of 2023 was dismissed on 18.07.2023. The allegation in this case is that the petitioner, on promise of getting money deposited by the defacto-complainant, in Hijau Associates Private Limited company, received a sum of Rs.25,00,000/- from the defacto-complainant. However, neither money deposited in Hijau Associates Private Limited company nor the money Rs.25,00,000/- given to the petitioner was repaid. There is also evidence to show the payment to the petitioner through G-pay. Since, the dismissal of earlier bail petition on 18.07.2023, it appears that there is no change in the circumstances, requiring reconsideration of bail to the petitioner.

3.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. 16.08.2023 1/3
