Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records relating to the proceedings of the first respondent issued in Na.Ka.No.11285/T1/E4/2011 dated 07.08.2012 and to quash the same insofar as the petitioner is concerned and consequently forbearing the respondents 1 and 2 from approving the appointment of 4th respondent in the post of B.T. Assistant Science in the 3rd respondent school and to direct the 3rd respondent to promote the petitioner to the post of B.T. Assistant science in the 3rd respondent school based on eligibility and seniority within the time frame.
